This privacy policy explains which personal data we process when you visit tritoos.ch and for what purpose. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Status: September 2026.

Server log files

When you visit this website, the web server automatically stores technical access data: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system used, and the referring website. This data is used to provide the website securely and reliably and to defend against attacks; it is deleted after a short time unless it is needed to investigate a security incident.

Contact form and e-mail

If you write to us via the contact form or by e-mail, we process the details you provide (name, e-mail address, optionally company, topic and message) solely to answer your enquiry and for the subsequent communication. The data is sent by e-mail to our mailbox info@tritoos.ch and kept for as long as is necessary to handle the enquiry and any follow-up orders.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted in Switzerland (data centre in Switzerland, hosting provider Metanet AG, Zurich). The hosting provider has access to the server log files as part of the technical provision and is contractually bound to data protection.

4. Cookies, tracking, fonts

This website does not set cookies and does not use any analytics or tracking services. The fonts used are stored on our own server; no data is transmitted to Google or other font providers. No third-party content is embedded.

5. Disclosure of data

We do not pass your personal data on to third parties unless this is necessary to fulfil an order, you have consented or we are legally obliged to do so. No data is disclosed abroad.

6. Your rights

You have the right to information about the data processed about you, to rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, and to data portability, as far as the FADP provides for this. Please contact info@tritoos.ch. You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

7. Data security

The connection to this website is encrypted via TLS (https). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse.

We may amend this privacy policy at any time. The version published on this website applies.
